Tupulaki Term Investments are deposits lodged for a fixed-term, earning a fixed rate of interest for the agreed term. Any interests earned are liable for income tax. Accordingly, withholding tax, at the appropriate rate, must be deducted by the Bank from the gross amount of interest payable and forwarded to the Inland Revenue Department at the end of each month.

Features at glimpse:

  • The depositor is to nominate the chosen maturity date;
  • Investments will not be accepted for less than 12 months;
  • The frequency of interest payment options;
  • The Minimum deposit amount is $1,000 with no maximum limit

Open accounts now, do print and bring the following:

  • Print and fill in the Tupulaki Term Deposit Application Form
  • Visit your nearest TDB Branch (Forms also available at all Branches)
  • Cash or Bank Cheque payable to TDB
  • Valid Id’s (Passport or combination of any two ID’s, either Driver’s License, National Identification Card, Birth Certificates, other identification card may be accepted)
